- Stretch before swinging

- Bend your knees, like you are going to sit down, place your feet below your shoulders
- Your ball placement is important, use the distance between your feet, clubs are different sizes which makes each position of the ball different
- Balance is very important, don’t sway forward or sideways, before/during and after your swing
- Practice with your 7 Iron, it will build your confidence
- The grip is most important. A proper grip will enable you to do many things with the golf ball
- Body position/posture – relax your arms. When at address position, this gives you the action to swing through the ball, with your fluent swing
- Timing is important, you should be facing the target when you complete your swing

- Go back to your basic fundamentals. Your Grip / Stance / Back Swing / Forward Swing / Body Position and Pivot
- Always wear Sunscreen and a hat for those hot days and drink plenty of fluids
- Consult your doctor before swinging, if you are experiencing any pain or if your not experiencing pain, and you swing improperly you could damage your muscles. A physician and a golf instructor can help you swing without injury
